Provider issues forced the unplanned relocation of KnightGuard.net to a temporary location. Subscribers may see a change in error reporting patterns due to new routing and the temporary nature of the current host. We appreciate your patience while we find a new, permanent home for KnightGuard.net, which should be ready by the end of the year.

E-mail routing trouble caused some alerts not to be bounced. Repeated/bounced alerts were sent manually, though late. This problem has been corrected. We apologize for the inconvenience.
April 11, 2004
Weekly reports indicated no/reduced monitoring between Sunday, April 4 and Tuesday April 6. This has been determined to be a log issue only. During this time, all sites were monitored and alerted as usual. Users may check their URLs for errors by logging into their accounts and viewing Exception Reports. We apologize for any inconvenience.

March 20, 2004
Preparing for moving the site to a new server in order to replace older equipment. Data migration will begin the evening of Sunday, March 21. Assuming successful data move, DNS propagation will begin March 22. During the migration period, the old server will remain on-line and monitoring. Once the new server is up and operational, the old server will be removed from service and the new server will begin monitoring. We expect only a brief interval where monitoring service may be affected.
